If really motivated, bury them with more dirt.

This is how everyone I know does it - it works, just takes longer to compost than doing it "right."Quintessence Challishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12681659811038110292noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7925089638436241353.post-78372378419155182762010-03-21T11:12:19.345-04:002010-03-21T11:12:19.345-04:00I just has a compost pile in the back yard. To learn more about composting, organic gardening and such, join some groups that are based on the topic. I have joined a bunch on face book and some internet based forum groups where I can type my question and get answers.

I like the bucket idea! If you ever start a garden, I can hook you up with some real garden fertilizer...from our cows...we have had people drive 2 hours to get our doo doo...believe me it makes a big difference in our garden. Keep it up....you look awesome, but the most important thing is you feel great and it shows! We do keep a covered bucket (like an old ice cream pail) under our kitchen sink. That way, we can put the egg shells, banana peels...in there instead of always running outside to the drum. Once the pail is full, we make one trip to dump it in. The cover is critical - I am sure you can guess why......
Good luck!
